She had come in as a patient for regular maintenance, a new patient to the office, and right away I noticed she had shall we say a gummy smile. I had shown her, and she was kind of hard to grasp the idea, so we actually did it right there in the office. We used a little recontouring of the soft tissue around some of her teeth that looked very small. Actually, I did one half of her smile just so she could see the contrast, and she was like amazing. She couldn’t believe it. She was ecstatic. I mean, this is something like… She couldn’t believe this. Nobody told her about this before [inaudible 00:00:36] before, and after pictures were fantastic.

We’d follow up. People always mentioned to her something looks different about her, and that’s an amazing thing to do, because again, there’s a lot of things out there for the patients that nobody’s mentioned before, they’re not aware of. And without any major invasive procedures it could make a significant difference, and every opportunity that we have, we do discuss that with our patients.
